Artisan goods are where profit multiplies: wine, juice, jelly, pickles, cheese, goat cheese, truffle oil, caviar, roe, and the 1.6 additions. Each entry shows the input item, processing machine, time, and sell price interactions.
The page explains which inputs scale with quality (cheese does, wine does not) so you can stop feeding iridium fruit into kegs for nothing.
